Role Descriptions

Developer:

2 Years development experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
At least 2 years’ experience in the development of Web Based .Net applications/Web Services in C#, ASP.Net and SQL
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Working knowledge of CSS

Support:

User support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.

Sales:

Salespeople who can plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas through CRM system. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.

Marketing:

Persons who are able to develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet JayThom objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of JayThom using CRM and other third party applications.
